Safe - light - reliable

Marley AquaStec is the safe pipe system for hot and cold water throughout the house. The three-layer aluminium composite pipes (PE-Xc/Al/PE-Xc) are easy to work with and are characterised by high corrosion resistance and excellent hygienic properties. The fittings are made of high-quality PVDF plastic (polyvinylidene fluoride), are stable and durable. The pipes are connected to the fittings by means of an absolutely secure and durable push-fit connection: cut the pipe to length, calibrate it and then simply push it together.

Marley AquaStec is designed for a permanent water temperature of maximum 70 °C at a water pressure of 10 bar. In the short term, the temperature may be a maximum of 95 °C. It can be installed both on plaster and under plaster. Marley AquaStec is easy to install and easy to connect to existing copper or iron pipes.

The system is DVGW-tested (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water) and complies with the requirements of DIN 1988. According to the KTW* recommendations of the German Federal Health Office, Marley AquaStec is harmless to health. To protect drinking water from contamination, only tapping fittings with safety combinations are to be used in accordance with DIN 1988. The technical rules for installation as well as the legal guidelines according to AVBWasserV apply.

Areas of application

Not only for washing pleasure

When connecting washbasins, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and dishwashers on the floor, the 16 mm aluminium multilayer pipe is ideally suited and sized for the right flow.

  • Quick installation with the 16 mm aluminium multilayer pipe on the floor
  • Pre-wall installations make renovation work in the bathroom much easier.
  • Suspended ceiling or modern raised floor systems offer many installation options.

Letting masses of water flow

Sometimes it has to be a little more. This also applies where large quantities of water are needed. Contemporary shower panels for hydromassage, pressure flush toilets and flush showers require an increased output. For this purpose, Marley AquaStec offers pipes with a diameter of 20 mm and a higher flow rate.

  • Large quantities of water are quickly available with the 20 mm aluminium composite pipe.
  • Outdoor water taps for garden irrigation are optimally supplied.
  • Bathing fun landscapes with whirlpools etc. can be filled considerably faster.

Now things are really looking up

As the main artery of the house, the riser plays an important role in the considerations for extension and renovation. It is installed at the house connection and, depending on the pre-installation, opens up possibilities for a later extension, e.g. of the attic. For a new drinking water installation, you need both your water company and a plumber for your house connection.

  • The riser pipe with the 26 mm aluminium composite pipe is the main artery in a house.
  • Secure the possibility for a later extension, e.g. of the attic, through appropriate pre-installation.
