Part 1: Laying the HT waste water pipe for the washing machine
Part 2: Installation of a new generation made-to-order folding door
Part 3: Venting the laundry dryer
Part 4: Laying the water pipes and connecting the washing machine
Part 5: Connecting a hot water storage system to DreMa
Adjust the HT pipe and mark the length.
Cut off the HT pipe with a saw and chamfer the pipe end (burr).
Apply lubricant on the pipe end.
Distribute the lubricant uniformly.
Plug the pipe end in the sleeve of the bend. The pipe is finally pulled out of the sleeve by 1 cm as allowance for expansion.
Lay the HT pipe in the floor area.
Screw on the noise protection clip.
Connect the HT pipe to a washing machine smell lock with a discharge hose of the washing machine.
Mark the distances of the clips and drill the holes.
Fasten the clips with screws.
Coat the guides of the lamellas with the lubricant.
Mount the top slide rail on the guides.
Press the slide rail and the door on the clip.
Install the handle.
The door in the fully installed state.
The pipe bracket made of plastic is screwed on
The bend is plugged on the round pipe and secured with a 50 mm wide adhesive tape.
The sleeves are secured the same way.
The image shows the fully installed vent pipe in the platform.
A telescopic channel is installed in the outer wall with automatic sealing hatch.
A connecting piece is plugged into the pipe end of the vertical venting pipe and secured with adhesive tape.
The flexible pipe made of aluminium is inserted into the connecting branch of the wall mount and secured with a galvanized pipe clamp (strap).
The other side of the flexible pipe is pushed into the connecting sleeve and secured the same way.
The plastic ventilation pipe that comes out of the floor (see Figure 4) is cut to the fitting length. A connecting piece is inserted into the pipe end and secured with adhesive tape.
The flexible Aluminium pipe of the laundry dryer is inserted into the connecting piece and secured with a galvanized pipe clamp (strap).
Cut the Aluminium composite pipe to size with the pipe cutter for plastic pipes.
Calibrate the pipe end with the calibration gauge.
Push the cap nut and clamp on the pipe and press the supporting body into the pipe end.
Press the pipe end with the supporting body in the connection of the wall plate.
Tighten the cap nut with an open box wrench.
If a copper pipe is connected, the cap nut and the clamp must be pushed on the pipe. The rubber sealing seals the pipe end.
A Euro adapter for the copper pipe is joined to one side of the coupling and the Euro adapter for the Aluminium connection pipe is joined to the other side of the coupling.
The threaded connection of the tap is sealed with Teflon tape.
The tap is then turned in the wall angle.
The connecting hose of the washing machine with the aquastop is then joined directly to the tap.
The threaded connections of the necessary parts are to be wound sparsely with Teflon tape.
Screw on the 90° angle on the connecting pipes.
Shorten the Aluminium composite pipe to size with the pipe cutter.
The Aluminium composite pipes cut to dimension must be calibrated now. To do this, insert the calibration gauge into the pipe right up to the stop and turn several times.
Slip on the cap nut and the clamp on the pipe and the insert the supporting body right up to the stop in the pipe end.
Screw-in the silencer clips in the pre-bored holes.
Join the prepared Aluminium composite pipe with the angle and mount the clips as permanent fixtures.
Install the pipes and fittings appropriately in the next piping sequence.
Finally, the ready pipes of the cold and hot water connection must be provided with heat insulation.
