The Marley rain collector is simply put on the down pipe.

Tip: Careful deburring of the downpipe will considerably improve the collection capacity!

Aligning the height of the rain collector with the upper edge of the rain barrel activates the overflow stop: The water will flow back into the down pipe until the barrel is filled, according to the principle of communicating vessels.

The rain collector is connected to the rain barrel with a ¾ inch hose – this way you get free rainwater to the delight of your garden and your wallet.
